What baggage are you carrying?

Some people carry baggage of their insecurities, regrets, fears, should-haves, and what-might-have-beens. Carrying around baggage like this. weighs us down and impacts our ability to be fully present and happy. Practicing acceptance helps us come to terms with our baggage in a way that takes away its power and weight. When we start on the journey of acceptance, we can begin to move forward free of the baggage towards our best lives.
