“You Will Be Found”

I was recently reminded by my love of the musical DEAR EVAN HANSEN during a morning Peloton ride with one of my favorite instructors Sam Yo. DEAR EVAN HANSEN has moments of humor, drama, and some of the most poignantly moments that remind us all of the importance of connecting with others. “You Will be Found” a beautiful song from the musical reminding us that no matter what struggles we are facing, we are not alone. The lyrics that really impact me are:

“So let the sun come streaming in ‘cause you’ll reach up and rise again. Lift your head and look around, you will be found”

What a great reminder! Today I hope we can all remember to connect with those around us this week whether they be those that we love, someone we want to learn more about, or even a stranger on the street. Please listen to the song below and see how it impacts your day too.
